Clay Chohon Wins Modern Woodmen School Speech Contest

The Modern Woodmen School Speech Contest was held April 14, 2008, in the Learning Center. The 1st place winner was Clay Chohon, 2nd place was Kaleb Schuetz, and 3rd place was Conner Kozisek. Students is grades 5-8 have been working hard on writing, memorizing, and delivering a speech on “An American Landmark”.  The top three students is each grade competed in the contest.  5th grade finalists were Laura Peters, Ellie Carr, and Kirsten Gilliland.  6th grade finalists were Clay Chohon, Kaleb Schuetz, and Hallie Bower.  7th grade finalists were Conner Kozisek, Katie Brown, and Alyssa Kinning. 8th grade finalists were Katie Wilkins, Savannah Clapper, and Kylie Schwindt.
