Ord Meet for Ainsworth Middle School Track Team
Girls Finish First, Boys Tenth

The Ainsworth Middle School Track team traveled to Ord for track competition on Thursday, April 24, 2008. The athletes were met with tough competition, and many personal best times and distances were created by our team members. A picture perfect highlight of the day was Ashley and Alyssa competing in the 1600 meter and in the 800 meter. These two girls ran stride for stride in front of the pack for nearly the entire race and then beat each other out in the last 100 meters with both girls running personal best times by several seconds. It was truly a race to see! Ainsworth girls finished the meet in first place and the boys finished in tenth place. Individual results are as follows:
