"Catch the Reading Bug"

Summer Reading Program Sign-Up

by Gail Irwin

April 30, 2008

Wondering what all the buzz is at your public library?  Come join “Catch the Reading Bug” Summer Reading Program and discover the amazing world of insects.  The 2008 Summer Reading Program is open to children from two years of age clear through to fourth grade.  All programs are free of charge.  Registration for the program will run from May 12th to May 17th at the Ainsworth Public Library.

The children will be divided into four different groups:  Toddlers, Preschoolers, K-1st Grade, and 2-4th Grade.   Children will sign up by the grade they were in for the 2007-2008 school year.  Each child in K-4th Grade will need to sign up in person so they can receive their Reading Time Slips.  Due to this fact, there will be no sign-ups done over the phone.
