Boys Basketball Team Ends Season at 13-8

    Coach’s comments:  “It’s hard to believe that another season has come and gone.   Although our season didn’t end the way we would have liked, the kids have a lot to be proud of.  Ending the season with a 13-8 record was a nice accomplishment especially since we won a good majority of those games late in the season.
    “The boys really came together and played some good ball in the latter part of the season.  We were able to upset a very good Winner, SD, team and pushed a state-bound Minden team all the way to the end in the conference championship game.  
    “We will lose a lot from graduation, and although these seniors will be missed, we have a lot to look forward to as well, with four players coming back with starting experience.  
    “We won’t know the results of all-conference selections for a couple more weeks, but we hope to have a player or two receive those honors.  
    “We would like to thank the entire community for the great support we received throughout the season.”
