Coach's comments: "The Ainsworth Invitational Wrestling tournament was very competitive again this year with a lot of great wrestlers in attendance. We had 5 individuals place for us, including Nathaniel Allen. Nathaniel wrestled to a first place finish, improving his season record to 27-3. He also broke the single season pin record (25) with 26 pins so far this season. Overall, we wrestled well as a team and look to gain some momentum heading into the Neligh/Oakdale Dual this Thursday, Feb. 4, at Neligh, and the Southwest Conference Tournament, which will held at Valentine this year.
"Thanks to all the volunteers who helped to make our tournament awesome again this year. We had a lot of compliments again on how well the tournament went and the great hospitality we have here at Ainsworth. Thanks again."
