The Edgerton Explorit Center from Auroa, Nebraska will be at Ainsworth Community Schools on Monday, August 23rd. The Edgerton Explorit Center is a hands-on science museum, which strives to instill and nurture in all people the joy of scientific discovery and exploration through hands-on learning experiences.
On Monday, August 23rd, during school hours, students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade will enjoy science shows and the “Zone”, which includes interactive exhibits, experiments and hands-on activities.
In the evening, beginning at 6:45 p.m., students can share their excitement with their parents. Students, K-8, are welcome to bring their parents to the gym for a dynamic science show and more opportunities to visit the science “Zone”.
Also, teachers will be in their rooms from 6:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. for any parents who want to meet their child’s teacher.
