Ainsworth 8th and High School Bands were part of the 18,000 fans that showed up in Memorial Stadium Friday night to watch the Cornhusker Marching Band. Fans filled the west side of the stadium and had to be diverted to the South Stadium for a record breaking event. The Marching Band performed the pre-game show, participated in educating the audience with drills, had a contest called "Drill Down", and played warm-ups and the songs for their first half-time show. Even though it was a long drive, the students really enjoyed getting to see excellence in action! They could see why the Cornhusker Marching Band is nicknamed ‘The Pride of all Nebraska’!
