December Birthday and “Happy Camper” Award Celebration
...elementary students recognized for birthdays and awards!
Once a month, McAndrew Elementary students and staff gather in the hallway for an all-school assembly. At the assembly, we recognize everyone who had birthdays during that month. We also honor students who received recognition during that month from an outstanding effort in the classroom, from a kind act, or for the achievement of a personal goal. All these student names are entered into a drawing. During McAndrew’s assembly this month, three names were drawn, and those three lucky students received a gift certificate to Scholastic for a free book.
