Post Prom Information

The Ainsworth Junior/Senior Prom is fast approaching and we will again be holding the Post Prom Party for all Juniors, Seniors, Prom Servers and their dates at the Ainsworth Community School gym and cafeteria after the Prom dance on April 21, 2012.

We will have our third meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 7:00 pm
in the school cafeteria (following the Bulldog Booster Club meeting).

We realize this is church night and we apologize. It is so hard to find a time when there is not an activity going on. If you cannot attend but would like to help with games, food or clean-up, please contact one of the committee members listed below as soon as possible, as we will start filling the slots for workers on that night.

We are again asking for the parents to donate $25.00 per child as in the past. The donations help with the cost of food, decorations, prizes and game rentals not covered by the fund-raisers. Please make checks payable to Ainsworth Post Prom. You may deliver your check to the high school office, or mail it directly to:

As many of you know, several of the committee members were done serving this last year, so if any of you would be interested in helping with the organization of fund-raisers, games, food, and the party itself – please step up now and offer. We are also looking for a new Game Chairman, so please consider this when you are thinking about where you can help. It takes a lot of work just to get prepared for the night of the party, so anyone who would be interested in helping see this continue, please offer to help.

We want to thank each of you for all your help and support in the past.
All the volunteers and donations are what make the Post Prom Party a success.
