Kindergarten & First Grade Social Thinking
Kindergarten and 1st Grade Social Thinking groups started off their second semester with a team building project! The project tied in all of their previous lessons from the first semester that are part of the Social Thinking curriculum including: thinking about the feelings of others, understanding facial expressions, being part of a group plan, helping friends, learning accountability, and keeping your body in a group. During this lesson, students worked together to make a Friendship wheel in small groups while following directions, being part of a group, and encouraging classmates during a project!
