Ainsworth Beef in School Program - Accepting Donations!

Due to the pandemic and changes/challenges with securing kitchen staff, our beef-in-school program paused for a bit.  We are ready to bring locally raised ground beef back into our lunch program. Our kitchen staff, from Lunch Time Solutions, is excited to accept ground beef to be incorporated into several different menu items to be enjoyed by our students, staff, and visitors who frequent our lunch program.

If you are interested in donating to our Beef in School program, please contact the district office at 387-2333.  Donations of ground beef must be federally inspected and we recommend Jim Pinney and his crew over at Husker Meats.  Husker Meats has been a very positive influence in promoting locally raised beef and supporting local school districts’ beef-in-school programs.  Donations can also be funds toward processing fees or other expenses related to the program.  Thank you for your support!
