In Mr. Alberts' Middle School Leadership class, our 6th, 7th & 8th grade students have been building their 5-year plans—dreaming big about who they want to become. As part of the project, they wrote letters to mentors they admire, asking for advice and encouragement.
This afternoon, the first replies arrived… from the Nebraska Husker Volleyball Team themselves. The Huskers sent an inspiring letter and autographs, reminding our students to believe in themselves, try their best, and be kind to others.
Watching our kids read those words—words from people they look up to—was powerful. It showed them that their dreams matter and that others believe in them, too.
A huge thank-you to Husker Volleyball for lifting up our young leaders.
Go Big Red, and Go Bulldogs!
