
Tanya Storer, legislative candidate for District 43, will be attending the Ainsworth School Board Meeting on Monday, October 14th. The meeting begins at 8:00 p.m. at the ACS district office and is open to the public. Tanya is scheduled to arrive at approximately 8:30.

The Middle School Volleyball match against North Central will take place at Bassett on Thursday, October 10. The B team will start at 6:00 PM, followed by the A team.

The Ainsworth Bulldogs will face the Creighton Bulldogs in a football game on Friday, October 11, 2024. The game kicks off at 7:00 PM at East City Park.
We encourage all students, staff, and community members to wear pink to raise breast cancer awareness. Let's turn the stands pink as we cheer on AHS and raise awareness for a great cause!

The Ainsworth Girls JV golf team will not compete in the O'Neill JV invite this afternoon, Monday, September 30.

We have been notified of discrepancies in the times of school events due to multiple Google calendars. To resolve this, we have created one streamlined calendar—the ACS School Activities Calendar—which will be the only calendar with updated and accurate event times. The ACS School Activities Calendar will be the only available calendar at noon today. Please ensure you have the ACS School Activities Calendar downloaded to your phone.

Fall Sports Parents Night 2024 - #3
Thursday, October 3rd – V VB game w/O’Neill (5:30/6:30 pm)
Parents Night for: * Volleyball * Pep Band
Parents will pick up their name tags at a table in the cafeteria. Volleyball & Pep Band parents will be introduced before the varsity volleyball game starts, at approximately 6:45 pm. All parents should plan on arriving by 6:00 pm, pick up their name tags in the cafeteria and find a seat in the gym.
*ONLY the Seniors and their parents will walk into the gym together.
Parents of Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors will remain in the stands and stand to be recognized as their name & students names are read.
Senior athletes/musicians and their parents will please line up at the west entrance to the gym, in the Elementary hallway. Volleyball & Pep Band parents & students will walk in the northwest door, walk along the north baseline of the court and stop at the northeast edge of the court. Parents will stand beside their student along the baseline.
**All Senior parents and their students will remain on the gym floor until ALL of the seniors have been introduced.
**Parents of students being honored this evening will be admitted to the game free of charge!**


The sixth graders have been learning about light, matter, and how our eyes work. Last Wednesday we enjoyed having Dr. Evans answer our questions about vision, vision problems, and being an optometrist.
