Football Camp for 3-6th Grade Bulldogs! August 12-14

On Sunday, July 6th, Addilyn Doke from the Ainsworth FCCLA chapter presented at National FCCLA in Orlando, Florida. Addilyn competed in Fashion Construction, which featured a cotton gauze jumpsuit, the perfect attire for a humid summer day in Florida. Stay tuned for the results of her presentation!

We have a table of lost and found items located outside of the elementary office! Items can be picked up between 8 am-2 pm. Any items remaining after 2 pm on Thursday, May 23rd will be taken to the thrift store. We also have an unclaimed cell phone in the high school office.

K-6th grade can pick up their report cards on Wednesday, May 22nd between 8am- 2pm at the Elementary Office which will also have next year's class placement. If not picked up they will be mailed.

The East City Park track will be closed until June 3, 2024.

The Ainsworth Middle School will be hosting the School Speech Competition today, May 15th beginning at 2:00 PM in the Learning Center. This event is open to the public.

The Semester Test Schedule for Grades 9-12 for today

The Board of Education will hold a work session/advisory retreat May 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the District Office. The purpose of this session/retreat is for discussion/advisory purposes only. No formal business will be conducted. This work session is open to the public. Agendas are kept continually current in the office of the Superintendent. Please contact the District Office with questions or for more information. Thank you.
Practice for Peter and Wendy is as follows:
Tuesday and Wednesday 3:30-5:45 ALL Students. Clouds can go home at 5:45.
All other students will stay until 8:00. Please pack a quick easy snack/supper.
Thursday is Dress Rehearsal 3:45-6:00. Because of the 2:00 school dismissal please feed them a snack before they come back at 3:45.
The performance is Thursday at 6:00 everyone is welcome!

We have a few spots left for summer school and would like to see if any other K-6 students would like to join in for summer school. Please call the school by Wednesday the 15th at the latest to get your name down. We will be calling you back a little later to confirm your student will be in summer school. The American Civics/Americanism committee meeting #2 will be held directly following the May 13, 2024, regular board meeting scheduled for 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. This is to satisfy the annual requirement as per LB 399.
