Today, Friday, October 3rd, is homecoming. The parade will begin at 2:20 pm on the south side of the school, located on 2nd Street, and travel west to Main Street. The parade will continue north one block to 3rd Street, then head east, finishing at the corner of 3rd & Elm. Pep Rally in the High School Gym at 3:00 pm, following the parade.

The C-Team volleyball tournament scheduled for this Saturday, October 4, at Boyd County has been cancelled.

NSAA Fall Officials Appreciation Week was observed September 21–27, 2025. At Ainsworth High School, we showed our appreciation by recognizing officials at the volleyball game against Burwell @Horns_Athletics and the football game against St. Mary’s @stmarysoneill

The volleyball triangular scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, September 18, has been adjusted. Cody-Kilgore will not be participating due to unfortunate circumstances, so Ainsworth will now face Gordon-Rushville in a dual. The JV match will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by the varsity match at 6:00 PM.
